Know your rights: What to do if you’re stopped by the police

This handy sheet from the ACLU warrants (no pun intended) a look as well.  You can download a PDF copy here and store it in your glove box or keep a copy in your wallet.  Again, you’ll probably never need to use it, but take a minute now and read about it so that if you happen to be in the wrong place at the wrong time you’ll know what to do.

Some of the suggestions that the ACLU document makes are good sense, and probably applicable to any police interaction no matter where it happens.  Others may only be applicable to the United States.

Anyone have any information about the regulations in other jurisdictions?
